A theme is a set of templates, modules, global content, and style settings that anyone can use to create an entire website.


Tip: Before uploading the theme make sure you unzip the theme package downloadeded(All files & Documentation) from ThemeForest and inside of the unzipped folder upload the zip called “dronet.zip”
Get an Installation Service Ask a Question
  • Step1: Login to your HubSpot account.
  • Step2: Move to settings page by clicking the settings icon in the header
  • Step3: Click on Website => Themes in the left menu
  • Step4: On the themes page click 'Upload Theme' button at the top right of the screen
  • Step5: Choose your purchased theme zip archive 'dronet.zip' in the finder and click open

Header of the theme is a global section of the page which means it is common for all the pages/posts except the landing page where there is no menu is shown.

How to edit a global section

You can edit the global header by hovering over the header part while editing any of the page

On prompt click 'Open in global content editor'

There are several modules in the header which can be managed in the global content editor

Header consists of 3 rows of content, one is topbar, main header and a blank bottom header where you can add other modules of your choice.

Footer of the theme is a global section of the page which means it is common for all the pages/posts.

How to edit a global section

You can edit the global footer by hovering over the footer part while editing any of the page

On prompt click 'Open in global content editor'

There are several modules in the footer which can be managed in the global content editor

Header consists of 2 rows, the top one is of 3 columns drag drop area, which can be filled with your choice of modules and the bottom one is with 2 columns drag drop areas.

Create a new menu

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website > Navigation. Your default menu contains the pages that will automatically populate the default content of an advanced menu module.
  • Use the dropdown menu to select an existing menu to update. To create a new menu, click + Add menu.

Add pages to your menu

  • Hover your mouse above or below an existing menu, then click the + icon and select an item to add to the navigation:
    • Add item without link: adds another item to your menu that doesn't link to an existing page. This is often used as a placeholder for child menu items.
    • Add page link: adds a menu item that links to a specific HubSpot page.
    • Add Page link with URL parameter: adds a menu item that links to a specific HubSpot page. With this option, you can type to enter the exact URL of the page you want.
    • Add URL link: adds a menu item that links to an external URL.

With your brand colors set, you can access them from within content editors across HubSpot, such as the email, page, and blog post editors. When viewing the color picker, your brand colors will appear under Favorites.

Customize your company logo and colors

Set the company logos and colors that can be used across your HubSpot content.

  • To set your company logo and colors:
    • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
    • In the left sidebar menu, select Account defaults.
    • Click the Branding tab.
    • In the Logos section, click + Add to add a company logo. HubSpot will resize uploaded images before applying them to your sales tools.
  • To set your brand colors, click the Colors tab.
    • Set your primary color by entering a hexadecimal value, or by clicking the color picker. The primary color will be used across meetings links, new quotes, and new conversations channels.
    • To add more colors, click + Add.
  • To save your changes, click Save.

Theme settings control the main colors, fonts, and button styles for pages using your theme templates.

How to edit theme settings

The theme settings can be accessed within the page editor by clicking the Design tab on the left. Then click Edit theme settings.

Customizing colors, fonts, and spacing will set the default styles for all the elements on your page. If you want to edit specific details such as link colors, button colors, or default form colors, click Edit next to More settings to view additional theme settings available for your templates.

HubSpot offers you 2 type of pages for your website. One is website pages and another is Landing pages.

Create a new page

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Website > Landing Pages or Website Pages.

  • Click on 'Create' at the top right of the page and choose the page type you would like to create.

  • Choose 'Dronet' Theme
  • Choose from the available page templates

Users with the Edit website settings permission can create a new blog in HubSpot. Each account can host up to 100 blogs at one time.

Create a new Blog

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Website > Blog.
  • In the top right, click Create new blog.
  • Select a template for your blog posts, then select a template for your listing page.
  • In the bottom right, click Create blog.

Create a new blog post

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Website > Blog.
  • In the upper right, click Create and select Blog post.
  • In the dialog box, select the blog you want to create your post on, then click Create blog post.

Demo Import #back to top

Dronet theme uses 3 different blogs to separate different types of content. These 3 blogs are Posts, Obituaries and Services. To create a same structure for your website you create 3 blogs by following the information provide above

You can optionally import the posts you see in the demo of the theme. This will require a CSV files which you can find in the apckage which you have downloaded from your ThemeForest's account. It is inside the folder 'Demo Data'
