hi some of our customers go to buy tickets, then get to PayPal and change their mind, but the system has already sent out there registration confirmation making it look like they have paid when they haven’t. is there a way to stop the registration email being sent until the money is received.?
Sorry, but this is the way the event registration is setup and we already know this flaw as reported by other users. We will be working on this as recommended by you as well. Still I have assigned this thread to my developer to check if there is a quick resolution for this.
