    Here is an example of the page. Here you will see we are using the team module with tags for Board of Directors and Trustees.

    http://tampa.supportmyweb3.com/index.php/board-of-directors/

    We have the correct space for Board of Directors, but it is inserting way to much space between Trustees. We want to know how to apply separate classes to each

    ——————–

    We would also like to know where we put the code so that we can display these entries by alpha order of last name. When we put the code in the taxonomy-team-category page, nothing seems to work.

    Hi there

    You can add a unique class for your page builder rows in which you add the Team shortcode. So the custom height for equal height container can be arranged for “Board of directors” and “Trustees” separately. You can add class like “bod” to the first row and use custom css at Theme Options => Custom CSS/JS:

    .bod .grid-item-content{min-height:150px}

    Same goes for the trustees section row.

    To order the posts by last name is not available out of the box as WordPress can sort posts as per the first alphabet of the post title but not customized as you need. You can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/ for custom sorting of any custom post types.

    Thanks

    Is it possible apply a custom sortby for team? “taxonomy-team-category.php” does not seem to be the view file and there are no other similar files. When we apply changes to that file, nothing happens. Are the view files kept somewhere else?

    Hi @munishsangar,

    You can find the code for “Team Element” inside “btg_shortcodes_function.php” file.

    FILE LOCATION: wp-content\plugins\borntogive-vc-elements\btg_shortcodes_function.php

    Thanks

    Great! Last question, how do we add a custom field this?

    For instance the name is one field which is the title. To sort by last name we want to add two additional fields, one for FIRST NAME and one for LAST NAME

    @munishsangar,

    Sorry but I can only share the file name here as there is no such built-in feature and it requires customization in files which is out of our support scope.I suggest you to contact envato@imithemes.com for best result on this.

    Thanks

    One more question. I got notified a few weeks ago that a new version of the theme was available. However when I went to the admin area of WordPress to install it, the message I got was that the theme was already installed. I wanted to confirm that when I go to the my downloads section of my envato account that there I am seeing the latest version of the theme. If not, please tell me what I am doing wrong.

    @munishsangar,

    Thanks for the details.I experienced that “Envato” plugin is not installed on you server.Please install it as it shows the notification about the update and also AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE theme when you choose to:
    http://support.imithemes.com/how-to-get-theme-updates-notifications-with-in-your-wordpress-dahsboard/
    Once you activate the plugin, you would be able to see a new page in your WP Dashboard named “Envato Market” After entering your API key there you would be able to see all your purchased theme there along with update notifications.

    Thanks

    @munishsangar,

    I have experienced that API is missing from “Envato Market” page.You need to enter an API key for Envato to get updates directly in your WP Dashboard as they become available for the theme.Please see below URL for detailed information and follow the steps to complete the procedure:
    http://support.imithemes.com/how-to-get-theme-updates-notifications-with-in-your-wordpress-dahsboard/

    Thanks

    Is it the wrong plugin, because I did put the API key in already?

    @munishsangar,

    It seems you have used some other plugin, but I added details there and it’s now showing the latest version of theme to download.You just need to click on “Check for details” button at the bottom of the below URL and will get details :
    http://tampa.supportmyweb3.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=envato-toolkit-menu

    P.S. If you still face any issue, you can install Envato Market plugin from here http://support.imithemes.com/how-to-get-theme-updates-notifications-with-in-your-wordpress-dahsboard/

    Great, was able to update the theme using your plugin.

    Lat question, I am seeing the READ MORE link with blog posts. An example is here under SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES. http://tampa.supportmyweb3.com/future-campaign/ and here http://tampa.supportmyweb3.com/news/

    What code do I need to use to be able to change or remove the “Read More”? Or, please direct me to the file that contains this function and I can make the changes manually. I’ve found the “single.php” file that generates the single post view, I’m unsure where the archive view is generated from.

    @munishsangar,

    You can find this string inside theme’s language file and can easily change using loco translate plugin.You can learn more about the plugin using the link below:

    Thanks
