Lost ability to add banner images to pages

    I was working on my site just now and midway through the updates I lost the ability to add banner images. Screen shot attached. The button to add media just disappeared from the custom title/banner meta box. I had uploaded two banners prior to this and aside from deleting some unused pages I made no changes to the site in between.

    Also, how do I edit this page:http://lindorealtygroup.com/idx/listings/search-homes/ to edit the banner image? Only http://lindorealtygroup.com/idx is listed in the pages section and editing that banner image doesn’t help.

    Last, I’d like to add data on my specific brokerage listings to this page http://lindorealtygroup.com/our-listings/ via the dsIDXpress IDX Listings Widget but I’m not sure how to change this. Is adding this widget to the page something that you could help me with?

    Hi there

    I have assigned this thread to my support guy and he will be assisting you soon. Meanwhile it would be great if you can share your website’s wp-admin credentials here in a private reply for him to check the issue.

    Thanks

    Hi @lindorealtygroup,

    Thanks for the details.

    1)You can change the banner image inside Theme Options -> Header -> Inner Page Header -> Header Image

    2)You need to use different slug in place of “idx” for this page.Once you change the slug of that page, banner image will get appear along with the page content.It seems you are using some other plugin and “idx” slug is already used there.

    3)It will require certain customization in theme’s files to incorporate dsIDXpress data.I suggest you to contact envato@imithemes.com for best result on this.

    Thanks

    And how do I remove the agent contact icon and picture from the featured listings that rotate through the slider on the homepage?

    @lindorealtygroup,

    1)To hide the login dropdown, you have an option at Theme Options -> Header -> Topbar -> just disable “Top header login dropdown” .

    2)Please use below css inside Theme Options -> Custom CSS/JS:
    .flex-caption {
    display: none !important;
    }

    Thanks

    For this code:
    2)Please use below css inside Theme Options -> Custom CSS/JS:
    .flex-caption {
    display: none !important;
    }
    I still want the property details caption to appear, I just don’t want the agent’s picture or email icon to appear. Is there a way to remove just that?

    Thanks!

    Thank you. Is it also possible to move the property details caption lower on the photo of the house?

    @lindorealtygroup,

    You can use below css to move that box as per your requirement:
    .flex-caption{
    margin-top: 110px; /* you just need to increase this number.
    }

    Thanks

    Thank you. Before I used this css to change the location of the detail caption, I noticed that it is appearing cut-off when I view the site on my mobile phone, which means that you can’t click on any of the featured properties on the homepage slider. Please see attached screenshot.

    Would the custom css code you provided to remove the face and email button from the detail caption have anything to do with this? I would like this feature to work on both mobile and desktop browsers. Please help.

    @lindorealtygroup,

    Please try below css:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 850px){
    .flex-caption{
    margin-top: 175px;
    }
    }
    @media screen and (min-width: 900px) {
    .flex-caption{
    margin-top: 240px;
    }
    }

    Thanks
