I keep getting a message asking me to install the core plugin but when I do, I’m redirected to …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=imi-admin-welcome with a message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    See attached.

Anyone getting this error should check if their server is configured as per the theme’s requirement stated here: https://support.imithemes.com/knowledgebase/set-minimum-server-settings-for-a-wp-theme-plugin/ If it is fine then email me at envato[at]imithemes.com Thanks

You can find the required files in the theme zip file. It appears potentially an issue with latest WordPress stopping it from internally downloading.

    Folder:-
    NativeChurch-Muti-Purpose-Wordpress-Theme\NativeChurch.zip\NativeChurch\framework\tgm\plugins\

I am still getting the error after making the server setting changes. I have also copied the entire framework directory to my server NativeChurch theme folder but still it is not working.

Highly appreciate if you could help resolve this.

Try installing the Core plugin manually as suggested by @Richard
