Problems with email tickets

    Hello,

    I am having two problems on tickets that are sent by email:

    – Date field has missing letters and numbers (I have atattached one example);
    – Tickets aren’t delivered.

    Those issues happens sometimes, not always, so I asked server guys and they told me that it could be varnish so they disable it. Today I sold a ticket and it was sent with incomplete date fields, as shown in the example.

    So I would like to kindly ask you to check if it is some plugin problem. If not, what do you recommend me to do in order to investigate? I have some things in mind:

    – What are the minimum server requirements?
    – Can I use memcached or php fpm?
    – What php version you recommend?
    – About not delivering tickets, is there anyway of checking if they are generated by plugin but not sent? It could be some mail delivery problem…

    Sorry if I am being “a pain in the ass” but I just want Eventer to work perfectly.

    Hello again!

    I’ve performed some tests and in all of them the hour field presented a bug: it is showing 00:00 instead of the event hour.

    Except for that it is ok! Can this be fixed?

    Time for ticket should show properly now.
    I have changed the way of breaking time and date, that could be the issue date was missing some characters.

    Tickets are being presented nicely.

    But I have to ask you one more time why the deliver time sometimes is so long? Last ticket took more than 1 hour to be sent. Is this normal? What can I do on my side or on server’s side in order to send them quicker on a regular basis?

    Hello

    You can update plugin with latest release, as we have added an option to store order details for Eventer bookings, there you can just click to the order to create tickets and download or resend tickets to customers.

    Ok.

    That’s is a nice feature as plan B when a ticket isn’t sent. But about time to eventer to send tickets, nothing to do?

    There is only option available is to redirect to event details page after order completed, as this is happening because of order is completing instantly.
    Do you wish to have order completed details to event details page?

    I think that scenario is a bit confusing because the customer may not understand that the purchase was done…

    Sorry, I didn’t understand that.

    That would be very nice. Can I do that on my side? What should I do when I update Eventer to keep this option and also the fix that you’ve done in the ticket date field?

    I’ve updated Eventer and don’t know why one of the tickets that I sold today came with a date field error that I had in the past.

    If posible tell me what to do in order to avoid that sitaution.
