    Hello,

    As I told you, yesterday I updated for v 2.0. Tickets weren’t sent and also it didn’t create any record on booking. I am wondering if it is because I am using custom tickets. In order to Eventer generate them I am making these changes:

    It seems like function removal code for your custom work is not working propertly so for now you need to comment out below line of code in wc_functions.php file of eventer->WC folder every time you update plugin.
    //add_action( ‘woocommerce_thankyou’, ‘eventer_generate_ticket_for_woocommerce’, 20 );
    //add_action( ‘woocommerce_view_order’, ‘eventer_generate_ticket_for_woocommerce’, 20 );
    //add_action( ‘woocommerce_thankyou’, ‘eventer_show_thanks_page_download_button’, 1);
    My developer is checking why the custom function not working. Will update you once I have his reply with me.

    Regards,
    Ricardo

    Hello

    There is a bug noticed in generating tickets with latest version of plugin and this will be resolved in next version of plugin that could be release in couple of days.

    Thanks
