    Hallo,
    I have a few questions.

    1.
    After the payment for en Event you get on the thank-you page. (see Picture).
    There is a “Download Ticket” button there.
    If I press this button I get a zip.
    But this Zip file is always broken.
    What is the Problem here?

    2.
    With Woocomerce and the NextMove plugin you can create individual thank-you pages. Can I use that plugin too with the Eventer plugin?

    Hello

    Please provide WP Credentials with admin URL in private reply, so that i could check download ticket issue.
    We can not say about that plugin, but it should work properly.

    I still have Problems.

    From a Client:
    ————
    Via your homepage I have just ordered a ticket via PayPal;

    After Papypal payment process, the next site was Order Receipt – but when I click Download Tickets button
    Then only a blank Web page appears with “0”

    Can you please help me.

    Unfortunately, I do not know what to do with “@nitin Please follow up on this. …”. It seems to be another problem with another theme. Over there is no solution.
    Assume that was not meant for me. If so, a further explanation would be helpful.

    Hallo Sharam,

    the download button is now working for the Tickets.

    However, a new problem has emerged here.
    With the normal products of Woocomerce (not digital or virtual) the download button now appears even though there is nothing to download.
    And although I have only set up for Dgitale products that the purchase process is completed immediately, this now also affects the normal products.

    Can it be that something has been affected when troubleshooting?

    Just saw that there is a new update from the eventer. If I do that, then the changes you made have been lost?
