Tickets not being email

Hey Guys,
I downloaded the plugin last week. I have searched through these forums and cant find any help.
Apparently the ticket is supposed to email automatically when the sale is complete?
I have tried several different things with no joy.
Please can you urgently assist!
The tutorial is quite scant on the more detailed parts of the plugin?

Please check tickets are now receiving at email whenever you complete order, you also can download or resend tickets from Booking settings of Eventer. You just need to click to order to have all options and details.

What is needed to send ticket on completion of order? I do not find any setting.
