    Hi,
I currently have Gaea WP theme 2.3.1 running for essla.org. They want to change the registration button link, on this page https://essla.org/?event=welcome-back-dinner-jimbos&event_date=2018-06-03, to go to a different page other than their PayPal.

They have a new processor. Can we keep the registration button and update that link to go to: http://shopping.na2.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.4539183/sc.26/.f

How would I changes this? Thank for your assistance!

    Nicole

Also, they want to make an area on home page that will automatically post a featured event, larger post than what is currently their for the events. Maybe at the top of the rest of events with larger photo, title, date and a line of text. Is this possible?

    Thanks.

    Hi there

By default you can use PayPal payment gateway for event registrations. To link event register button to other URL need customization in theme files.

    Thanks

    Hi,
I renewed my support yesterday through themeforest.com. Not sure why you don’t see this? See attached for receipts.
My client wanted to email this Sunday, so I was hoping to get my answers so I can accommodate her request before she emails the event info. Thank you for your immediate attention. I truly appreciate it.

Do you want all event registration buttons to go to this URL: http://shopping.na2.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.4539183/sc.26/.f
If so then I can assist with some custom javascript else for more customization you can get quote from envato@imithemes.com

    Thanks

Your website is showing me this error https://d.pr/i/uX4und
Can you please unblock my access so I can tell you some custom js to link register button to your desired URL?

Featured event with a big post image and details is not available in theme as of now. It needs customization, if you can do some coding yourself then my team can assist you with file path and names.

    Thanks

The registration is disabled for the event, but if there is a plugin, I haven’t disabled that. Do I? If so, what’s the name of the plugin to disable? Thanks

Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. I just wanted to check and see if you were able to work on adding that event registration updated link, http://shopping.na2.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.4539183/sc.26/.f, which required you to do some javascript? I tried enabling the registration to see and it doesn’t go to that link yet.

    Thanks so much.

Can you please share the event URL where I can see the registration button in the header above the content so I can work on that? Thanks

I made a TEST EVENT and kept it private because I don’t want to confuse anyone currently going to the site. You have to log in to view this link: https://essla.org/?event=test-event&preview=true

Will this work or does the event need to be published?

I have made the necessary changes at Theme Options => Custom CSS/JS, now all your events register button should be linked to your desired URL http://shopping.na2.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.4539183/sc.26/.f and open in a new window. Thanks

    Thank you, that works great!

Question, have you had any issues with your theme and Contact 7 forms not sending email to notifier email? I have uninstalled Contact Form 7 and reinstalled and replaced a new form on the Contact page (https://essla.org/contact-2), but it’s still not working. I thought you might have some insight to share that might remedy this issue. Thanks again for all your help!

The form should be ajaxified and should not reload the page on submit which is not the case on your contact page , this can be because of several issues. See: https://contactform7.com/why-isnt-my-ajax-contact-form-working-correctly/

This can be the reason why it is not sending emails. Also try some other email address like from yahoo or gmail to verify that the problem is not with the email address. Thanks
