Updating a Form

A contact form was created before I became the website admin. Here is the page: https://hollandmuseum.org/volunteer-2/clocker-2/ (see screen shote attached). The admin page contains this code that pulls the form: [imic_form form_title=””]

I need to update information on this form…the fields and the recipient. Where can I find the form fields and how can I revise the recipient who is not an admin?

Also wondering why the url has “clocker-2” at the end of it? This is the current recipient that I need to change to “lwhite” and I’m wondering if I need to also revise the url?

    Thank you!

    Hi there

The built in form of theme which you use with this shortcode is meant to be sent to the admin of the website only. For more customized form I suggest you to use “Contact Form 7” plugin as recommended by the theme.

    Thanks
