Most of our themes comes with inbuilt theme updater using the official Envato Market Plugin. For this you need to enter a personal token at the “Welcome” page of your theme.
One thing to notice here is the “Green Check” sign within the field. This shows that the entered token is correct, have right permissions to get future updates of the theme from the Envato API. It must show a green check sign within the field when you submit the token with correct permissions.
The best way to generate a Token:
- First login here: https://build.envato.com/ with your Envato account
- Open this page https://build.envato.com/create-token/?purchase:download=t&purchase:verify=t&purchase:list=t&user:username=t
- Create your token
- Enter the token on the Welcome page.
