Social Sharing

Social Sharing options control the social share buttons that appear on obituary posts, blog posts, pages, and other post types in Obsequy.

General

Setting Description
Social Sharing Master switch to enable or disable all social sharing buttons site-wide. Default: Enabled.
Share Buttons Style Choose Rounded or Squared icon shapes.
Share Buttons Color Choose Brand Colors, Theme Color, or Greyscale.

Share Networks

Setting Description
Facebook Default: Enabled.
Twitter Default: Enabled.
Google+ Default: Enabled.
Tumblr Default: Enabled.
Pinterest Default: Enabled.
Reddit Default: Enabled.
LinkedIn Default: Enabled.
Email Default: Enabled.
VKontakte Default: Disabled.
Telegram Default: Disabled.
WhatsApp Default: Disabled.

Post Type Visibility

Setting Description
Posts Show share buttons on single blog posts. Default: Enabled.
Pages Show share buttons on standard pages. Default: Enabled.
Team Show share buttons on team member pages. Default: Enabled.
Obituary Show share buttons on obituary posts. Default: Enabled.
Service Show share buttons on service posts. Default: Enabled.

Tooltip Text

Customise the hover tooltip for each button. Defaults: “Share on Facebook”, “Tweet”, “Share on Google+”, “Post to Tumblr”, “Pin it”, “Submit to Reddit”, “Share on Linkedin”, “Email”, “Share on vk”, “Share on Telegram”, “Share on WhatsApp”.

Icon Styling

Setting Description
Show Icon Before Sharing Buttons Display a share icon to the left of the share button row. Default: Disabled.
Title Before Icons Optional text label shown before the sharing buttons.
Before Text/Icon Typography Font size and line-height for the pre-button label.
Share Icons Box Size Width and height of each share icon container. Default: 30×30px.
Share Icons Font Size Font size and line-height of icons inside the boxes. Default: 14px / 30px.
