How do I renew my theme support coverage?

Support renewal works differently depending on where you purchased your theme or plugin. Follow the instructions for your purchase platform below.

Items purchased from imithemes.com

Website purchases use your existing Lemon Squeezy license. Renewing adds 1 year of support and updates; your lifetime product license remains active.

1. Open the Support & Updates Renewal page. If you followed a renewal link from your support account or an expiry notice, the form may already be filled in for you.
2. Choose the theme or plugin you want to renew.
3. Enter the existing license key for that purchase.
4. Enter the purchase email used during checkout.
5. Click Renew Support & Updates. The system will verify your license and calculate the renewal price for that item and license plan.
6. Complete the one-time payment in the Lemon Squeezy checkout.

After payment is confirmed, the support and update period on the same license is extended by 1 year automatically. You do not receive or need to activate a new license key.

If the renewal form cannot verify your purchase, write an email to info@imithemes.com and include the product name, license key, and purchase email.

Items purchased from Envato Market

1. Log in to your Envato Market account.
2. Go to your Downloads page.
3. Locate your imithemes item in the list of purchased items.
4. Click Renew support now next to it.
5. Complete the checkout process to update your support coverage.

Once renewed, the extended support period will be reflected in your Envato account under the item details.
