In the Native Classic Elementor demo we have 3 featured blocks on the home page where adding links on the heading itself breaks the layout when viewing page live.

The link for the featured blocks are added on the container itself, this helps us to keep the whole container clickable.

So you should change it from there but not add links on the headings itself.

Here in the link field of the container search and select your website content from the Internal Link or input URLs directly.
