The Sidebar widget allows you to add any of your theme’s sidebars into the page.

Go to Content > Sidebar > Choose Sidebar, and select a sidebar to display on the page.

Creating New Sidebars

Theme recommends Pojo Sidebars Plugin to allow you to add new sidebars apart from the included ones. Newly created sidebars along with the prebuild sidebars will be available at your WP Dashboard => Appearance => Widgets for you to enter widgets in them. Later these sidebar can be selected in your Sidebar Widget as shown above.
