Since all of our themes and plugins now required you to register the purchase code. This is a required steps to access all the features and functions of our products. We uses Envato API to connect for the registration but there are times when API gets busy due to multiple requests at time or due to some IP address. This disables the connection for some time.
If you are getting this error upon registering your purchase code:
‘Sorry, there is some problem with connecting to Envato API. Try again later’
In this case we recommend you to wait for at least 30 minutes before trying again. Repeatedly trying and getting this same error may result in your IP blocked for the next 24 hours. Our recommendation here is to wait for 30 minutes before another try once you see the above error for the first time.
