However, occasionally, the Envato login may encounter an API connection issue, which is a common error. If you see a message like “Error – Rate limit exceeded. See https://build.envato.com/api/#rate-limit. Unknown Error”, you can still access the support system by logging in with your username and password. If you haven’t set up a password yet, you can generate one by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link.
On the next page, enter your Envato account email address and click the “Get New Password” button. You should receive an email immediately with instructions to create a new password.
