All support requests with effect from 1st September, 2018 needs to go through our new ticket system available at https://support.imithemes.com/help This new system needs user to login before creating a new ticket or see previous tickets. Users already having account to access the support forums can use their same login info to enter the new ticket system. New users can register from the help page https://support.imithemes.com/help using their email and other info.
We recommend using “Envato Registration” for the system to self fetch all the items purchased from our ThemeForest/Codecanyon portfolio. You can either register using the Envato account or can directly login using the same system.
Once approved you will be redirected to your support center dashboard, where you can create new tickets and see your previous tickets.
If you wish to create a new account or login using your old support forum account then you need to add in your purchases before you can create a new ticket in to the system.In case of any problem signing in or registering please do not hesitate to send an email to envato@imithemes.com and we would be happy to create an account for you.
