Preachers

The Preachers taxonomy stores a profile for each preacher or speaker in your sermon library. Visitors can browse the preacher archive to find all sermons delivered by a specific speaker. Each preacher has a dedicated archive page showing their bio, profile photo, and complete sermon list.

Managing Preachers

Go to iSermons → Preachers. The available fields are:

  • Name – Full name of the preacher or speaker.
  • Slug – Auto-generated URL identifier used in the preacher’s archive URL.
  • Description – Short biography or description displayed on the preacher archive page.
  • Term Image – Profile photo of the preacher. This image appears on the preacher archive page header and in preacher card grids. Recommended: a square photo, minimum 400×400 pixels.

Assigning Preachers to Sermons

When creating or editing a sermon, find the Preachers panel in the right sidebar (or below the editor). Select an existing preacher or type a name to create a new entry. A sermon can be assigned to multiple preachers for joint or guest speaker scenarios.
