The iSermons Dashboard tracks and displays the following engagement metrics across all your published sermons. Navigate to iSermons → Dashboard to view them.
Available Metrics
- Views – Total number of times sermon detail pages have been visited. Requires Sermon Views Tracking to be enabled under Settings → General.
- Ratings – Aggregate star rating data collected from visitor submissions. Requires Star Rating to be enabled under Settings → General.
- Audio Plays – Number of times the embedded audio player has been used.
- Video Plays – Number of times the embedded video player has been used.
- Audio Downloads – Number of times sermon audio (MP3) files have been downloaded. Only tracked when Audio Download is enabled under Settings → General.
- Bulletin Downloads – Number of times bulletin PDF files have been downloaded.
- Notes Downloads – Number of times sermon notes PDF files have been downloaded.
- Total Downloads – Combined total of all downloadable file downloads.
Enabling Tracking
Views and ratings tracking must be switched on individually before data starts being collected. Go to iSermons → Settings → General and enable Sermon Views Tracking and Star Rating. If you have existing sermons and want to initialise them with a starting count or rating, use the tools under Settings → DB Update.
