Email Messages configures the sender details and the HTML content of automated emails sent to users and admins for key listing events.
Sender Configuration
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| From Name | The name shown as the email sender for all listing-related emails. Default: your site name (from Settings → General). |
| From Email | The email address shown as the sender. Default: your site admin email (from Settings → General). |
| Default Email Recipient | A fallback email address to receive all listing contact form submissions. If left blank, the listing author’s email is used; if that’s also blank, the site admin email is used. |
| Priority Email Recipient | When enabled, the Default Email Recipient above is always used for contact form submissions, overriding the listing author’s email. Default: Disabled. |
Email Templates
| Setting | Description |

| Enquiry Form | HTML email content sent to the user/admin when someone submits a listing enquiry form. Default: “Thanks for email, we will contact you shortly.” |
| Dealer Registration | HTML email content sent when a new dealer registers on the site. Default: “Thanks for registration, we will contact you shortly.” |
| Payment Success | HTML email content sent after a successful PayPal payment for a listing plan. Default: “Thanks for listing Ad, we will review your ad and try to publish instantly.” |
ℹ️ All three email template fields use an Ace HTML editor. You can paste full HTML email templates. Include relevant information (site name, URL, etc.) directly in the template text.
