This template will display the Contact Us page.

Step 1 : Log into your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Pages > Add New

Step 2 : Locate the Template and in the dropdown menu, select Contact.

Step 3 : Select your preferred sidebar in the dropdown list and position to show on your post. Leave empty for default settings

Step 4 : Insert a custom title and choose a banner type.

Step 5 : Contact Form Meta Box

Email : Insert your Email to Use in contact Form

Subject : Enter Subject to Use in contact Page.

Step 6 : Contact Details Meta Box

Our Location Address : Insert your Location Address to display on contact page.

Location : Locate address

Contact Zoom Option : Enter the Zoom level for Contact Map

Email Us : Enter Email to display under contact address for email us.

Call Us : Enter number to display under contact address for call us.

Step 7 : When you are done, go ahead and update your page and it should look like this.
