Property Options

Property Options configure how properties are displayed, submitted, and managed across the Real Spaces theme. This includes agent images, currency formatting, submission settings, and map integration.

Agent Display

Setting Description
Default Image for Agent Upload a fallback avatar image shown when an agent has no profile picture set.
Enable Agent Details Show or hide the agent information block on single property pages.

Currency Formatting

Setting Description
Currency Symbol Position Set whether the currency symbol appears before (Prefix) or after (Postfix) the price amount.
Currency Decimals Choose how many decimal places to show on prices (1–4).
Currency Thousand Separator Choose Comma (,) or Decimal (.) as the thousands separator in prices.
Currency Decimal Separator Choose Comma (,) or Decimal (.) as the decimal separator in prices.

Property Submission

Setting Description
New Property Post Status Choose whether newly submitted properties are saved as Draft (pending admin review) or Published immediately. Default: Draft.
Buyer Properties Submission Enable or disable the ability for Buyer-role users to submit properties via the front-end form. Default: Disabled.
Property ID Initial Enter a text prefix for auto-generated property IDs (default: “rs-“). Example: rs-1234.
Custom Property ID When enabled, allows admins to manually set or override the property ID when creating/editing a property in the dashboard.
Show Property ID Toggle display of the property ID on property listings.

Add Property Form Fields

Choose which fields appear in the front-end property submission form:

Setting Description
Property Details Fields Select which property detail fields to show: Property Name, Address, Area, Province, Property Pin Code, Property Description. All enabled by default.
Property Details Required Fields Select which of the above fields are mandatory for submission. All except Pin Code are required by default.
Additional Info Fields Select which additional info fields to show: Price, Property Type, Contract Type, Beds, Baths, Parking. All enabled by default.
Additional Info Required Fields Select which additional info fields are mandatory. All six are required by default.

Single Property Map

Setting Description
Default Map Zoom Slider to set the default zoom level on the map shown on individual property pages. Range: 4–25, default: 4.
Google Maps API Key Enter your Google Maps API key. This is required for all maps in the theme (property maps, map banners). See the guide linked in the setting for instructions on obtaining an API key.
