Property Amenities Options

Property Amenities Options allow you to define the list of amenities, bed/bath/parking values, and price ranges available when creating or searching for properties.

Amenities

Setting Description
Property Amenities A repeatable text list of amenity options available when adding a property (e.g., Air Conditioning, Heating, Balcony, Dishwasher, Pool, Internet, Terrace, Microwave, Fridge, Cable TV, Security Camera, Toaster, Grill, Oven, Fans, Servants, Furnished, Cupboards). Add or remove items to customise the amenities checklist.

Property Specifications

Setting Description
Bed Values Define the available bedroom count options shown in property forms and search filters. Default values: 1 through 10.
Bath Values Define the available bathroom count options. Default values: 1 through 10.
Parking Values Define the available parking space count options. Default values: 1 through 5.

Price Ranges

Setting Description
Property Price Range Define the price range steps used in property search filters. These values populate the price min/max dropdowns. Default values: 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 / 3,000,000 / 5,000,000 / 10,000,000.
