Typography options controls the font/text styling of your website. Many of the theme parts do come with their own separate typography options whereas some options are used globally for the full website. These global settings can be done from your WP Dashboard => Native Church => Theme Options => Typography

Primary Font:

These settings are used for everything in your website except the headings(h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6)

Secondary Font:

These settings are used for the headings(h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6) of your website.

Metatext Font:

These settings are used for the date, category names and other meta information of the posts/events etc.

Apart from above typography options, there are other HTML tag specific settings to control typography of your website. Those options can be found at WP Dashboard => Native Church => Theme Options => Typography => Body
