This section controls the typography and font settings for the site header area — including the navigation menu, the top bar text, and any text elements that appear in the header zone.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Navigation Font Family | Choose the font used for the main navigation menu links. Supports any Google Font. A backup web-safe font can also be set for fallback. |
| Navigation Font Size | Sets the size of the navigation link text in pixels. |
| Navigation Font Weight | Choose the weight of the navigation font: Normal, Bold, Light, etc. |
| Navigation Text Transform | Control capitalisation of navigation items: None (as typed), Uppercase, Lowercase, or Capitalise. |
| Navigation Link Color | Sets the colour of navigation links in their default state. |
| Navigation Hover Color | Sets the colour of navigation links when hovered over. |
| Navigation Active Color | Sets the colour of the navigation link for the currently active page. |
| Dropdown Menu Font | Separately configure the font and size for dropdown (sub-menu) navigation items, which may need to be smaller than the primary nav. |
| Top Bar Font | Controls the typography for any text in the thin utility bar above the header (phone number, email, small announcements). |
Note: All font options support Google Fonts. Selecting a Google Font automatically enqueues it from Google’s CDN. For better performance, consider self-hosting fonts using a plugin like OMGF.
