Comment Notifications

A submitter may receive comment notifications only if:

• Comments are enabled
• Comment notifications are enabled in settings
• The submitter chose to receive comment updates

If all conditions are met, the submitter receives an email when a new comment is added to their prayer.

Managing Notification Preferences

Submitters control their preferences at the time of submission by selecting the appropriate checkboxes in the prayer form.

Admins control global behavior from:

Prayers → Settings → Notifications

Email Content & Design

All interaction-related emails:

• Use the same email template
• Include a clear subject line
• Contain a direct link to view the prayer (if applicable)

Unsubscribe options are included where required.

Privacy & Safety Notes

• Interaction notifications never expose visitor identities
• No login is required to interact
• No IP addresses are stored for interactions
