Displays the frontend prayer submission form.
What This Shortcode Does
- Allows visitors to submit new prayer requests
- Supports anonymous submission (if enabled)
- Supports notification preferences
- Submits via AJAX (no page reload)
How to Use
Add the shortcode to any page:

Customizing the Form
You can customize the form text from:
Prayers → Settings → Shortcodes → Prayer Form
Options include:
- Form title
- Description text
- Submit button label
Changes apply automatically wherever [ipray_form] is used.
When to Use
- Dedicated prayer request page
- Separate “Submit a Prayer” page
- Alongside other church or community forms
