Starting from version 3.9 of the plugin, the PNG ticket functionality has been deprecated. PDF tickets are now the default setting, and the option to enable or disable this feature has been removed.
Eventer generates printable PNG image based tickets as well as PDF tickets for your events bookings. Tickets are stored in your website’s /wp-content/uploads/eventer folder.
Tickets for event bookings are generated for both default and Woocommerce bookings.
To get the tickets generated you must have tickets created for your event. See how to create tickets for default bookings and Woocommerce bookings
Printable tickets are sent to registered user email and to multiple emails when individual registrants fields are filled by the user while booking.

By default printable tickets carry information:
- QR Code ID
- Attendee name
- Event name
- Ticket type name
- Venue location
- Event date & time
Printable tickets can be customized where you can add in your own logo, company name, company address & additional notes. This information can be added from your WP Dashboard => Eventer => Settings
Custom additional notes
You may wish to add different note for printable tickets as per your event. You can easily do it from your event edit page. Default notes from the settings will be overridden when you fill this event notes field.
PDF Tickets
By default Eventer sends PNG tickets on email but you can switch to PDF tickets from your WP Dashboard => Eventer => Settings
Printable tickets are sent to registrants email only and this email is by default enabled but you can disable it for all the events or per event basis. See doc
Sometime you may wish to regenerate tickets or download copy of tickets. This can be done for default bookings and Woocommerce bookings
