Version 2.3 of the Eventer Plugin added a new feature which includes a User Dashboard on your website for your website Users to manage their event bookings and their front end added events. Here’s how you can create this page on your website.
Step 1 – Move to Eventer => Settings => Shortcodes to generate “Add new event” shortcode

- Choose “Add event form” from the shortcode type dropdown
- Leave this field as is as we will be using default sections initially
- Name your form, this will also be used in the User’s Dashboard as form page tab label
- Provide a unique slug(ID) for this form, this needs to be unique in case you will be creating multiple pages for the Add new event form
- Select “Yes” to use the default fields initially for the form
- Select “Draft” here if you want the user submitted events to be stored in your WP Admin as draft so you can check and later publish them manually. Select “Publish” to list the newly added user event in your website right away.
- Now click “Generate & Copy Shortcode” for the shortcode. Add this copied shortcode to a new page of your website.
Step 2 – Move to Eventer => Settings => Shortcodes to generate “User Dashboard” shortcode

- Choose “Dashboard” from the shortcode type dropdown
- Choose a default view from the dropdown which will be first shown to user when they open the Dashboard page.
- Choose the “Add new event” page from the dropdown, all your pages that contain the add new event form shortcode will be listed here. Select the one you created by following step 1 above
- Now click “Generate & Copy Shortcode” for the shortcode. Add this copied shortcode to a new page of your website.
